By accessing or using DeepNix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
DeepNix is an AI text optimization platform that refines writing patterns, wording, structure, and readability. The service is currently offered as a Free Beta experience.
User responsibilities
You must not use DeepNix for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes. You are responsible for reviewing the output, verifying important information, and ensuring that your use does not involve plagiarism or violate another party's rights.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the text you submit and the output produced for you, subject to any rights in third-party material. DeepNix retains ownership of the platform, Antimark Engine, software, branding, and related technology.
Service availability
DeepNix is a beta service. Features, limits, availability, and functionality may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
DeepNix is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-refined output may contain mistakes, and DeepNix does not guarantee any specific AI-detector outcome. To the extent permitted by law, DeepNix is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the service or its output.
Modifications
We may update these Terms as DeepNix evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
